At this time, we provide shipping exclusively within the Klang Valley area to support our local clients efficiently. Our delivery service covers the following areas:
- Klang Valley Area: Specific areas within the Klang Valley are eligible for delivery. If you have questions about coverage, please feel free to reach out.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Once your order is confirmed and the printing process is completed, we aim to deliver promptly:
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7 – 14 business days after the completion of printing.
- Notification: You will receive a notification with delivery details as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. Please arrange for someone to be available at the delivery location to accept the package.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order size. Final shipping costs will be provided at checkout. For any inquiries regarding fees for your specific order, please contact our team.

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, returns and refunds are limited to specific cases, outlined below:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives with defects, printing errors, or damages, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Incorrect Order: In cases where you receive an item different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Because each order is customized, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for personalized products where no printing error or defect is present.
- Customer-Provided Design Errors: We are not responsible for errors in the final product due to incorrect information or design files provided by the client (e.g., typos, color discrepancies, low-resolution images).
- Color Variance: Slight color variations are inherent in the printing process and are not considered defects. We do our best to match colors accurately to your specifications.
Return Process
If your product qualifies for a return under the above conditions, we are here to assist. Please follow these steps:

- Assessment and Approval: Our team will review your return request and inform you of the next steps within 7 business days.
- Return Procedure: Upon approval, we will coordinate a return or replacement. For defective products, a replacement will be processed promptly at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available in select situations as part of our quality commitment:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: For eligible returns, we offer a replacement at no cost. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In specific situations, such as minor defects that do not affect the product’s primary function, we may offer a partial refund as a good will gesture. Please note that any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable, except in cases where the fault is ours.
